Feathers are not as thermally efficient as down and therefore slightly more are required to create the same warmth factor. This is why Bedecks 13.5 Tog duvets are filled with a higher percentage of white goose feather, creating that satisfying heavy feel synthetic and down duvets lack perfect for cosy winter nights.
